TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. The Promoter
The promoter is TPM Retail Pty Ltd (ABN 65 696 311 789) and The Picklr ANZ (ABN 37 687 497 276) of 7 Box Road Caringbah NSW 2229 (“the Promoter”).
2. Acceptance of terms
By entering this competition, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
3.2 Employees, contractors and agents of the Promoter, its related entities, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of any entrant, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or engages in conduct that is fraudulent or otherwise damaging to the Promoter.
4. Competition period
4.1 The competition opens at 2pm on Sunday 12 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Friday 17 July 2026 (“the Competition Period”).
4.2 Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.
5. How to enter
5.1 To enter, individuals must complete the online entry form at thepicklr.au/kyrgios-comp during the Competition Period, providing a valid first name, last name, email address and postcode, and accepting these Terms and Conditions. Completion of the online entry form is the sole method of entry.
5.2 Entrants may also be invited to follow the Promoter’s Instagram account and to tag other users in the comments of the Promoter’s promotional post. These actions are optional, are not conditions of entry, and do not affect an entrant’s chance of winning. Entries will not be invalidated on the basis that an entrant has not followed the Promoter’s Instagram account or tagged another user.
5.3 Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Where multiple entries are received from the same individual, only the first valid entry will be counted.
5.4 Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
5.5 Incomplete, illegible or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.
6. The prize
6.1 There is one (1) prize: one Vulcan x Picklr Kyrgios CHPT01 pickleball paddle, valued at approximately $360 AUD (RRP).
6.2 The total prize pool is $360 AUD.
6.3 The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6.4 The prize will be delivered to an Australian postal address nominated by the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for prizes lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
6.5 If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable regulatory approvals.
7. The draw
7.1 The winner will be determined by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
7.2 The draw will take place at 9:00am AEST on Saturday 18 July 2026 at 7 Box Road, Caringbah NSW 2229.
7.3 The draw is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
8. Notification of the winner
8.1 The winner will be notified by email to the address provided at entry, on Saturday 18 July 2026.
8.2 The winner’s first name and general location may be published on the Promoter’s Instagram account and other channels on or after Saturday 18 July 2026.
8.3 If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or does not claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and conduct a redraw. Any redraw will take place at 10:00am AEST on Monday 27 July 2026 at the same location, and any redraw winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the redraw.
9. Privacy
9.1 The Promoter collects personal information from entrants for the purpose of conducting this competition, including determining and notifying the winner and delivering the prize.
9.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Notice, and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
9.3 Where an entrant has consented to receive marketing communications, the Promoter may use the entrant’s personal information to send marketing material. Entrants may withdraw this consent at any time by using the unsubscribe function in any marketing email.
10. General
10.1 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.2 The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this competition or the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10.3 If for any reason this competition cannot run as planned, including due to technical failure, fraud, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any applicable law and any direction from a relevant regulatory authority.
10.4 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
11. Instagram and Meta disclaimer
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Vulcan. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability in connection with this competition.
